Tom AndersonTom W. Anderson has served as the President of RITA for the past four years. Mr. Anderson has more 44 years experience in banking and was the founder and former President and CEO of the PENSCO Trust Company. He is currently on the Board of PENSCO Holdings, LLC.
He was also the founder and President of PENSCO Pension Services, an IRS approved nonbank custodian and broker dealer, and founder and President of Financial Information Services (FIS), a bank consulting company. Prior to FIS he worked as VP and Director of Trust Systems for Bank of America following a position as VP and Head of Systems Development and Strategic Planning for the Hartford National Bank.
Mr. Anderson has a B.A. Degree from Trinity College, is considered an expert on self-directed IRAs, and has appeared in numerous national publications and other media outlets. He has also testified before the Department of Labor, the Treasury Department and the IRS on matters related to retirement savings.
Kelli Click serves as President of Self Directed IRA Services, Inc. (SDISI), a leading IRA custodian specializing in the custody of direct investments and alternative assets for individuals nationwide. She has been in the self-directed retirement plan industry for 25 years and brings extensive experience in institutional IRA custody and administration for direct investments and alternative assets including precious metals, peer-to-peer lending platforms, crowdfunding, non-traded REITs, and private equity investments.
Prior to joining SDISI, Kelli had a 20-year career with Sterling Trust Company, serving as Vice President of Marketing, Product Development and Sales for the last 13 years, during which time assets under custody grew from $850 million to over $7 billion.
Kelli is actively involved in the retirement industry and an avid promoter of self-directed IRAs. She currently serves on the RITA board as Vice President of Membership and was a former RITA President and Compliance Committee chair. Her articles have been published in REALTOR Magazine, Texas REALTOR Magazine and INVEST Magazine, and she has been quoted in numerous national publications.
She received a BBA degree in Marketing and Management from Baylor University in 1988.
Pamela Constantino is currently the President and Co-Owner of Polycomp Trust Company, a public trust company that serves as a custodian for approximately 4000 self-directed IRAs. She has been working in the retirement plans industry for over thirty years, including 10 years as the President and Co-owner of Polycomp Administrative Services, Inc.
Ms. Constantino received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Economies of Industrialized Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and Masters Degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Francisco. She holds credentials as a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She has been an instructor of ASPPA semester long courses and the Retirement Industry Trust Association IRA Institute, and a guest speaker at various private colleges, employee benefit groups, financial planning organizations and CPA societies. She is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Placer Community Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of the Retirement Industry Trust Association.
Kaaren Hall is CEO/President of uDirect IRA Services located in Irvine, California. She attended Northern Arizona University. After 20+ years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate and Mortgage Loan Servicing and Lending (at Bank of America, IndyMac Bank and her own mortgage brokerage experience) Hall entered the world of self-directed IRAs in 2007.
She opened her own firm in 2009 providing self-directed IRA accounts and services to thousands. She is an active public speaker, having taught many investors about the power of using their retirement accounts to invest outside of Wall Street. Hall also serves on the Board of Directors for the Council on Aging – Orange County. She has been involved in RITA since 2011.
Gary joined Millennium Trust in 2002 as COO. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and oversaw the firm's client service, operations, information technology, and administration teams over the last 14 years, during a period of record growth. He was named CEO in March, 2016.
Mike currently serves as Membership Director of the Retirement Trust Association (RITA), bringing with him more than 35 years of marketing and management experience in the investment and retirement planning industries. Mike is also the Marketing Director for Theta Research, LLC, an investment performance database and publishing firm. Theta Research is a sister company of Halbert Wealth Management where Mike served as Senior Vice President and Marketing Director for more than 16 years.
Prior to Halbert Wealth Management, Mike served as President of Sterling Trust Company in Waco, Texas, a nationwide provider of self-directed retirement account services. While at Sterling Trust, Mike was an active member of RITA and even served as its president in the early 1990s. Before Sterling Trust, Mike was an assistant vice president and Tax-Sheltered Market Department manager at Texas Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for creating and managing a department dedicated to a variety of tax-sheltered employee benefit plans.
Mike is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University, where he earned his BBA degree, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Jacqueline Stanley is President of the Retirement Plans Division within Community National Bank. She has been instrumental in developing the business and has led the Division for over 25 years. Jacqueline was recognized by the Independent Community Bankers Association in 2009 as a Rising Star.
Jacqueline has been a member of the Retirement Industry Trust Association since 1994 and has served as Secretary of the Board since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Emporia State University. In addition to work and family, she has given her time and talents to serve on various boards and projects in her local area.
Terry White is the founder and owner of Sunwest Trust, Inc. He received his BBA from the University of New Mexico with a concentration in Accounting and began his business career as the Controller for the largest title company in New Mexico in 1983. After working in the title business for 4 years Terry started First Financial Escrow, Inc. Over the next few years Terry started First Financial Marketing, Inc., First Financial Equities, Inc., Asset Ventures, Inc. and owned and ran The Real Estate Book of Albuquerque, Farmington and Oklahoma City among other businesses. In 1997 Terry formed Sunwest Escrow and in 2003 Sunwest Escrow became Sunwest Trust, Inc. Terry was married to Sheila in 1980 and has three boys and one daughter in law. In addition to being President and CEO of Sunwest Trust, Terry was appointed by the Governor of New Mexico to serve on the Board of the New Mexico Finance Authority where Terry is the Chairman of the Investment committee and vice-chairman of the Economic Development committee. Terry also serves on the board of Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA) and Junior Achievement of New Mexico.
Jeff Worley is the Senior Vice President of Operations of GoldStarTrust Company, located in Canyon, Texas. He received his B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Arizona. Jeff has worked in many areas within GoldStar (formerly Colonial Trust Company in Phoenix, AZ) including Investor Services, IRA Operations, New Business, Compliance and Administration since he began with the company in 1999.
Mary L. Mohr
Mary L. Mohr is the Executive Director of the Retirement Industry Trust Association. She was the founder of RITA in 1987 when she saw the need for a single voice for the self-directed retirement industry. Mary has a law degree and an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Gettysburg College where she graduated cum laude. She worked as a Senior Vice President for First Trust/FiServ Trust Company in Denver and was the President of the Institutional Trust Company, a subsidiary of the Invesco/AIM mutual fund complex. Mary also served as the trust company representative on the Colorado State Bank Board for 12 years and also Chaired the Board.
Mary founded the Savings Coalition of America in Washington, DC which was responsible for legislation enabling the creation of the Roth IRA. Mary organizes and teaches at the IRA Institute, RITA’s educational program, which provides instruction and experiential learning for retirement industry employees. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and also serves as an expert witness in litigation cases affecting the industry.
Robyn Levin is the Founder/CEO of R. Levin Marketing Group, a Strategic Marketing & PR consulting firm, based in Sarasota, FL and is the Marketing/PR Consultant to the Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA). Levin has provided RITA with strategic guidance for public relations campaigns and successful brand building techniques since 2011. A graduate of Temple University Fox School of Business and the Netherlands School of International Business, Robyn guest lectures at Wharton and Temple on marketing strategy and PR. Levin specializes in celebritizing entrepreneurs, business owners and CEO’s in helping them attain name recognition and expert status in their industries. Her efforts have landed clients in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Time Magazine, CBS MarketWatch, and on the TODAY show.
